How to Request a Routine Appointment
You can request a routine appointment with a Doctor or Clinician by using our get help for any health problem form. These requests need to be received between 08:30 and 10:00.
Your request will be assessed and assigned to the best person to help you with your concern.
Please ensure you check your emails regularly for our response.
If you have an urgent medical problem that needs to be dealt with today please telephone the practice on 01639 502792.
If you/your child is under 16 years of age, please inform the receptionist who will inform the clinician and offer a same day assessment.
If you are aged between 16 and 74 and you have not had a consultation or been to a clinic at the practice in the last three years, you can ask for a consultation. At this check-up we will carry out any examinations or tests you need. If you are over 75 and you have not had a consultation with us in the last 12 months, you can also ask for a consultation.
